    1 lb Lean Ground Turkey
    1 15 oz can of kidney or pinto beans
    1 Large Onion (chopped into wedges)
    1 Bell Pepper (coarsely chopped)
    1 Jalapeno Pepper (Diced fine)
    1 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
    1 12 oz can of diced tomatoes with chiles
    1 6 oz can of tomato paste
    8 oz spicy vegetable or tomato juice
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 teaspoon of cumin
    3 teaspoons of chili powder


Brown turkey in non-stick skillet. Mix all ingredients in a large crockpot. Cook on low for at least 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Serve with your favorite chili toppings.

Yields approx. 8 bowls
