    1 Cup Lactaid Fat Free Milk
    2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    2 Tbsp Wisdom Natural Sugarleaf
    2 Tbsp Smart Balance Peanut Butter
    2 Cups Frozen Strawberries
    1 Scoop Body Fortress Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
    1 Cup Plain Nonfat Yogurt
    1 Tbsp Fresh Ground Coffee


I drink half of this for a meal replacement and put the other half in the freezer for a quick go to meal replacement. Just take it out of the freezer and let it thaw for a couple minutes and enjoy!!! If you have a blender that crushes ice easy you could replace the strawberries with ice.


Put everything in the blender and blend until you reach desired consistency.

Serving Size: Makes 2 Very Large Shakes
