    4 large eggs
    4 tbs nonfat milk
    1/4 cup 2% shredded cheese
    4 slices turkey bacon


If the eggs look done on the stove they will be undercooked on the plate.


1. Cook Bacon. Set aside.

2. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl.

3. Melt Butter in pan on high heat. Onve butter starts to bubble, pour eggs into center of the pan.

4. Once large curds start to form add Bacon and reduce heat to low. Fold eggs over onto themselves until all the liquid is gone.

5. Add cheese. Remove from heat and continue folding eggs until cheese is incorporated.
