    .75 C dry couscous
    1 C boiling water
    .4 C raisins
    50 grams jicama
    1 Tbsp brown sugar, packed


Pour boiling water over everything but jicama and add spices such as cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice, or nutmeg to suit your taste. After couscous has absorbed the boiling water, toss in the chopped jicama. Enjoy
