Introduction

This is super-easy and soooo delicious! I love it grilled, but it can be oven roasted as well. Great with redskin potatoes and green beans. This is super-easy and soooo delicious! I love it grilled, but it can be oven roasted as well. Great with redskin potatoes and green beans.

Ingredients

    2# Pork Tenderloin
    1TB minced garlic
    1 tsp dried rosemary
    1/2 tsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 cup honey
    1 cup soy sauce, low sodium
    1/2 cup red wine

Tips

Best when marinated over night.
Nutritional info is based on 8 servings.


Directions

Place all ingredients except the pork into a gallon zip-top bag. Combine well. Add the pork tenderloin. Let marinade at least an hour (great if overnight!).

To roast: Place in an oven pre-heated to 375F. Roast for about 45 minutes.

Or put it on the grill!
