Ingredients

1/8 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped.
1/4 inch slice white onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, chopped,
1 Turkey hot dog, chopped
1 Egg
.75 tbsp Olive Oil
Tips
I use garlic pepper for seasoning. It's fabulous!
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet.
Add peppers, onions, garlic, and hot dog. Let vegetables cook, and let hot dog get brown. Add egg. Use spatula to flip once it is halfway cooked. Season to desire. Enjoy!
