    1 tablespoons olive oil
    1 teaspoons lime juice
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground dried chiles
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    0.5 lb boneless sockeye salmon, Whole Foods


Rinse salmon and pat dry. Brush flesh side of salmon with 2 tablespoons of the lime-chile marinade. Set aside.

Roast salmon for 10-12 minutes, until opaque and flakes with fork.

Serving Size: Makes two servings (4+ oz each depending on size of salmon)
