    Pure Pumpkin Puree - 1 cup
    Cytosport Whey Protein Vanilla - 2 Scoops
    Egg Whites - 4
    Unsweetened Applesauce - 1/3 Cup
    Baking Soda - 1 tsp
    Baking Powder - 1 tsp
    Salt - 1/8th tsp
    Pumpkin Pie Spice - 1 Tablespoon
