Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 bunches of kale. ( keep the other other leftover half if more is needed)

    5 cloves of garlic

    1/4 cup of olive oil

    1/2 cup of tahini

    5 tablespoons of nutritional yeast

    5tablespoons of liquid aminos

Tips

This recipes is highly adaptable, change it how you like.


Directions

Remove stems from kale and wash kale thoughly.

Blend olive oil, garlic and liquid aminos in blender until smooth.

Massage kale with garlic/olive oil mix until completely coated. Allow to sit 30 mins.

Massage tahini in kale and add nutritional yeast.

Taste and balance as you like. Enjoy.

Serving Size: makes a small alumium pan of kale
