    4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 Melba Toast rounds (crushed)
    Lawry's Seasoning Salt
    Ground Pepper
    Italian Seasoning
    Garlic Powder
    Onion Powder


If you want to add some heat to this, try adding Cayenne pepper or even some Cumen! Yum! Pair this with your vegetable of choice and you have a very satisfying Phase 2 friendly meal! Even though Melba toast is allowed in the protocol, I still try not to eat it too often so this is a once in a while treat for me. Hope you like!


In a sandwich bag, mix toast crumbs and seasoning. (I've never actually measured the seasonings out but I would guess about a dash of each)

Shake bag around to mix.

Toss chicken in bag and shake again until well coated.

Coat frying pan generously with Pam cooking spray and cook on medium heat until golden brown.

And that's it! :-)
