    1 box Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    1/4 cup Sesame Oil
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    6 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
    4 tbsp honey
    4 cloves garlic, minced or sliced
    1-3 tbsp red pepper flakes (depending on how spicy you want)
    1/2 cup Peanuts, dry-roasted, chopped or crushed
    1 cup Carrots, shoestring
    1 bushel Cilantro, chopped
    1 bushel Green Onion, sliced


Recipe is delicious hot or cold.

Add or subtract red peppers to get the right temperature.

Can add chicken if you'd like (just cook first).

Vegetable oil or any other light flavor oil can be used in place of the olive oil.


Cook pasta as directed.

In a small saucepan, combine the oils, garlic, 2 tbsp of cilantro, and red pepper flakes. simmer for 15 minutes. Do not let burn. Remove from heat. Strain out garlic, cilantro, and peppers. Add soy sauce and honey. Mix well. Pour over noodles. Add peanuts, carrots, remaining cilantro, and green onion. Toss well and serve.
