    I used this recipe years ago when I was doing HCG and it helped me get through each day with the limited calories allowed. I'm now trying to lose some weight and happened to think of this recipe again and thought it would be a good choice for a filling and satisfying meal. Thanks for the recipe! - 3/8/16
