Number of Servings: 6


    4 medium baby zucchini, sliced length ways
    4 medium roma tomatoes, sliced lenght ways
    1 medium vidalia onion, sliced thin
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tsp dried oregano
    1 tsp garlic powder
    6 slices american cheese
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Lightly spray a 9 x 9 square pan
Layer the zucchini on the bottom of the pan to cover entire area
Sprinkle with a little salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder
Layer the tomato slices over the zucchini and season as with the zucchini
Layer the onion slices over the tomatoes and season as with the zucchini
Layer the american cheese slices over the onions
Sprinkle the bacon crumbles over the cheese
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until bubbly
