Ingredients

    Ready made Pie crust
    3 1/2 oz Coconut sweetened flaked
    3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
    3/4 cup Splenda
    3 large Eggs
    4 Tbls Lemon Juice
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 stick melted Butter

Tips

The pie is done when a knife is inserted in the center and comes out clean.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients (except crust).
put crust in pie pan
pour pie filling into crust
Bake for 40-45 min
