    1.5 lb of uncooked boneless chicken breast
    1 medium bell pepper(any color), cut in 1inch pieces
    1 package(8oz) fresh whole mushrooms
    1/3 cup Italian dressing
    2 teaspoons pizza seasoning or 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup pizza sauce


1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. On each of 6(11-inch) metal skewers, alternately thread chicken, bell pepper and mushrooms, leaving 1/4 inch space between each pieces. Brush kabobs with dressing; sprinkle with pizza seasoning.
2. Place kabobs on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 9 to 11 minutes, turning once, or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Immediately sprinkle with cheese
3. While kabobs are grilling, heat pizza sauce in small saucepan over low eat. Serve kabobs with warm sauce
