Who knew that radishes make such good potato substitutes?! Who knew that radishes make such good potato substitutes?!
Number of Servings: 1


    1 cup beef broth (I like Pacific Natural)
    3.5 ounces sirloin steak, diced
    1 cup chopped radishes
    2 tablespoons chopped onions
    Salt, Pepper, other spices to taste


You may need to add a little extra broth as you cook.


Cover the bottom of a non-stick pan with broth and heat it up. Add the onions, radishes, and steak. Cook covered over low to medium heat until onions are translucent and the radishes and meat are cooked through (add more broth if necessary to cook thoroughly). The uncover, turn up the heat and boil away the broth while stirring frequently. Add salt, pepper, and other spices as you wish. Makes one serving.
