Ingredients

    6 slices bread cubes
    6 eggs
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup milk
    1 lb sausage drained
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

I like to save the ends of a loaf of bread- because no one in my family will eat them- and put them in a bag in the freezer. When it comes time to make this caserole, I just pull out that bag, and I feel like I'm not wasting food that way!


Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 12 pan and let sit in fridge overnight. Bake at 350 for 40 min
