1 can Trader Joe's Lite Coconut Milk
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
4 Tbspn. nutritional yeast
2 Tsp. salt or to taste
3 Tbspn. Kirkland Organic No-salt Seasoning Mix
1 Tbspn. raw tahini
1/4 cup dry measure raw cashews, soaked in water overnight
1/8 raw sweet onion (Vidalia)
Directions
Place soaked cashews and tahini in blender and blend until smooth (add a little coconut milk if needed to help blending). Add raw onion and blend until smooth. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
