And old favorite - with less fat! And old favorite - with less fat!
Number of Servings: 7

    1 cups all-purpose white flour
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 tsp baking powder
4 Tbsp Land O Lakes Light Butter
3/4 cup Stonyfield Organic Fat Free Milk

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.

Cut in butter with a pastry blender.

Make a well in the center, and add milk. Stir dough until fairly free from the sides of the bowl. Knead gently and quickly, making about 8 to 10 folds.

Roll with a lightly floured rolling pin or pat with your fingers until dough is about 1/2 inch thick. Cut with a biscuit cutter (or a drinking glass - that's about the same size!). Makes about 7 round biscuits

Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 mintues - just until the tops are lightly browned.

Number of Servings: 7
