    * Black Rice, 8 serving (remove)
    * Oranges, 1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) (remove)
    * Mangos, 1 fruit without refuse (remove)
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)
    * Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove)
    * *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Peanuts, dry-roasted, .5 cup (remove)
    * Lime Juice, .25 cup (remove)


use two cups of uncooked rice, cook for 25 mintues, sit for 5 - cut orange into segments over bowl, saving juice, add lime juice and oil - when rice is done, spread it on cookie sheet and dirzzle with dressing......let cool then mix with everything (pepper and onions chopped finely)
