    1 lb boneless lean pork chops
    8 club crackers crushed
    2 tbl grated parmesean and romano cheese
    2 tsp italian seasoning


Mix crackers, cheese and seasoning. Press the chops into the crackers and coat both sides. Bake on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet in a 350 oven 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Do not over cook or they will be rubbery or dry.
