    Rice, shrimp, squid, clams, mussels, garlic, olive oil


Clean the seafood. Steam the mussels, save the broth and take the mussel out of the shell. Chop the garlic and saute with 3 tbsp of oil. Add the squid, cut in small pieces. Let cook for about 10 minutes. Add the shrimp and the clams. Add a cup of white wine, let evaporate and then add the broth from the mussel. Let evaporate.
Meanwhile bring to a boil a pot of water and cook the rice for about 15 minutes.
In a separate pan, saute two clove of garlic with the remaining oil. Once the rice is cook, drain, add in the seafood sauce and then add the garlic oil.
