Ingredients

    6 oz tuna, drained
    1 tomato chopped
    1/2 celery stalk chopped
    1 Tbsp onion chopped
    1/4 medium carrot diced
    1 garlic clove crushed
    1/4 tsp dried onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. parsely
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp basil
    1/8 tsp oregano
    pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp fat free Italian dressing
    1/3 cup cooked pasta bows

    Mix all ingredients except past bows in a large bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 1-2 hours
    Toss pasta with tuna mixture just before serving
