    Chicken Thigh, & legs 5 each
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Bell peppers, 1 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Chicken bouillon, 2 cube
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Water, 2 cups


Clean and season legs and thighs to taste
in a pan, add oil and heat on high heat
add chicken, let sizzle a few minutes on each side
add water, onions, peppers, bouillon and cilantro
let liquid heat to a boil, then cover and lower heat to meduim heat - cook until chicken is ready
