Ingredients

- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2.5 cups milk 2% reduced fat
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzerela Cheese
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- 8 oz Lasagna noodles
- 1/2 pound shrimp (cooked)
- 12 oz Crab Meat
Directions
Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. add flour, stir with wire whisk until well blended. Gradually add milk, mixing well after each addition. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. reduce heat to low. simmer 3 to 5 minutes, or until thicken. Remove from heat. stir in Parmesan cheese. set aside Combine cottage cheese, 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese and nutmeg.
- Spread 1/4 of the parmesan cheese sauce on the bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan. Cover with 3 of the lasagna noodles and layers of 1/2 each shrimp, crabmeat and cottage cheese mixture. Top with 1/4 of parmesan cheese sauce. repeat layers, starting with noodles. Top with remaining 3 lasagna noodles, remaining parmesan cheese sauce and the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarela cheese. Cover with foil.
- Bake 25 min. Uncover, Bake an additional 20 min. Let stand 10 min , Cut into 12 pieces to serve.
