Ingredients

    - 2 cups of frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
    - 1 ripe banana
    - 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    - 1 cup Plain Greek Non-Fat Yogurt
    - 2 tbsp honey
