Easy way to get your zucchini in (especially if ya don't like it!) Easy way to get your zucchini in (especially if ya don't like it!)
Number of Servings: 4


    2 cup, grated/shredded Zucchini
    2 large Eggs
    1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned,
    25 cup, chopped Green Onions
    1 tsp Mayonnaise, regular (or low fat)

    vegetable oil for frying


I have not baked this recipe but would love to hear from someone who tried it!


Mix all ingredients together except oil - make patties and drop into hot oil. 2-3 min on each side should do it
