    1 15oz can pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
    1 12oz can FF evap milk
    3/4 C egg beaters (3 eggs)
    2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    3/4 C splenda
    1 Tsp Vanilla
    Pam Spray


Spray Pie plate with pam

Mix all ingredients pour into pie plate, bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Reduce heat to 325 and cook for 45 min or until knife comes out clean.

Serve with FF cool whip (optional)
