Ingredients

    Chuck Roast
    dry onion soup mix
    water

Directions

Trim visable fat from a chuck roast. Cut into small piece. Put into crock pot. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top. Add water to cover 1/2 of beef.

Let simmer all day in crock pot. Beef will be very tender and easily pulled apart.
