    one box of lasagna noodles(says spaghetti only because i couldn't find lasagna)
    grated parmesan
    ricotta cheese
    red pepper
    yellow pepper
    tomato sauce


cook noodles as instructed
chop veggies(fry if you want)
put 1/3 cup of tomato sauce in bottom of glass cooking dish
layer 3-4 noddles
put half of veggies in
half of ricotta and cottage cheese
layer 3-4 noodles
remaining cheese and veggies
layer rest of noodles
top with rest of sauce and parmesan

Serving Size: cut into 1.2 inch squares
