    2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained and rinsed

    2 (15 oz) cans whole kernal corn, drained

    1 cup thick and chunky salsa

    5 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

    1 cup grated, reduced fat cheddar cheese


Mix beans, corn, and half cup of salsa in crockpot. Place chicken over the bean and corn mixture. Top with remaining salsa. Cook 3 hours on high. Before serving, sprinkle with 1/5 of the cheese. Makes 5 servings.
