This is the EASIEST chili recipe ever....full of as we call them cheats. This is the EASIEST chili recipe ever....full of as we call them cheats.
Number of Servings: 12


    12 oz of 93% Fat Ground Turkey
    1 packet Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (we use the 40% Less Sodium for health and taste reasons)
    1 Cup Chunky Salsa, (We like the spice in Medium, but use what ever works best for you)
    3 cans Bush's Chili Beans
    1 Cup Raw Onions Diced - Optional, set aside to top Chili

    Seriously that's it!


Brown Turkey in Dutch oven over med/high heat and drain any remaining grease. Add Taco seasoning packet, and 1 Cup Salsa (if you like more vegetables add more). You can add a cup of water, but I generally skip it. The Salsa usually keeps things moist enough. Add the cans of chili beans and mix will. Turn the burner to simmer, cover and let the flavors mix for 30 minutes to an hour, depending on how thick you like your chili. We top with raw chopped onions. This usually makes enough for leftovers..which my husband likes even better.
