Number of Servings: 8


    Flour, whole grain, 2 tbsp
    egg substitute, all whites, 2 cups
    Mrs. Smth’s Deep Dish Pie Shell,
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp


makes 8 slices

Preheat oven to 350
Sautee mushrooms, spinach and onions in EVOO, set aside
mix egg, egg whites, salt, pepper, wheat flour
combine spinach mixture w/ eggs to eggs
fill pie crist w/ mixture
Bake 30-40 mins (until desired texture)

OPTION- bake pie crust for 5 min prior to filling
