    Kale, 1 cup, chopped
    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup
    Blueberries, frozen .5 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 extra small (less than 6" long)
    Pineapple, fresh, .5 cup, diced
    IronTek High Protein Powder Banana Cream, 1 serving
    1 - 2 cups water


Freeze all fruits ahead of time. This is tasty, but needs to be as frozen as possible as the kale makes it crunchy. When there wasn't enough ice in there was kind of like a drink you have to chew. Blend well!!!


Blend everything up, add ice to desired thickness (or use frozen pineapple).
