Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1 box Angel Food Cake Mix (dry) - use the egg and cake packets
    1 box any other flavor dry cake mix
    Water

Tips

The cake comes out denser than regular cake, but is good and hits the spot when I am craving cake. And without having to fight to keep myself from eating a whole cake!


Directions

1- Mix the cake mixes together in a bowl or gallon size Ziplock bag

2 - place 3 Tablespoons of dry cake mix in a coffee cup

3 - mix in 2 Tablespoons of water. Be sure to mix well and crush any clumps of cake mix

4 - Cook in Microwave for 60 seconds

5 - serve and top with fruit, cool whip, frosting, etc (not included in calorie count)
