    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Hodgson Mill Oat Bran Cereal, 0.5 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Hodgson Mill 100 % Stone Ground Rye Flour, 1 cup
    *Baking Powder (Clabber Girl), 2 tsp
    Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute, 0.25 cup
    White House Natural Plus Apple Sauce, 2 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) mashed
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    Apple, Gala (medium), 2 chopped
    *cinnamon, ground, .25 cups

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
spray non stick spray in muffin pan
bake at 400 for twenty to thirty minutes till brown.
