Introduction
Savory, spicey ground turkey, with yellow corn, black beans, diced tomatoes,diced green onions(scallions), diced avacodo, laid ontop of crisp iceberg lettuce, topped with your favorite salsa. Ingredients

Lean Ground Turkey (at least a pound)
Iceberg Lettuce (one head)
Scallions (green onions)
Diced tomatoes (one can or one medium tomatoe)
Yellow Corn (One Can or 1 Cup of frozen)
Medium to large Avacado (Diced)
One can of black beans
Salsa ( as much as you would like)
Tips
Add anythingwould else you would like to this dish!
Directions
Cook the ground turkey stove top on medium heat, add three tblspoons of water, ground cumin, chilli powder, garlic powder and onion powder all to you taste (start small with a tbl spoon at a time), let this cook for about 15 minutes while chopping up the meat into tiny peices with spatula.
Prep you veggies by draining canned foods or cooking frozen or fresh veggies. Rinse and Chop Iceberg lettuce, add the cooked ground turkey (prefferably while still hot) , add tomatoes, black beans, yellow corn, avacado, and green onions, then top with salsa.
Serving Size: Makes 8 1- cup servings
