    8 Eggs
    2 C. Milk
    12 oz imitation crab
    2 c. fresh spinach
    2 slices of bread into breadcrumbs
    1 c. Mozzaralla Cheese
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
    2 celery ribs, chopped
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1/2 c chopped red pepper
    4 mushrooms, chopped


Beat eggs, & Milk. Stir in Crab, spinach, bread crumbs, sheese, Salt, Pepper and Nutmeg. Saute celery, onion, red pepper and mushrooms. Add to egg mixture & pour into a greased 2.5 qt casserole dish. Bake uncovered, at 375 for 30-35 min or until golden brown around the edges and center is set. Set set for 10 minutes before serving.
