    2 tbsp fresh Lime Juice
    1 tbsp canola oil
    1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
    1 pound shrimp, deviened, cooked and peeled
    1 package or bushel green onion, sliced thin
    1 red pepper, diced small
    1 cucumber, peeled, cored and diced small
    1/8 c fresh basil, chopped
    1/8 c fresh cilantro, chopped
    4 large lettuce leafs


In a small bowl, mix lime, oil, red pepper, and Bragg Liquid Aminos. Mix well. Set aside. In a separate bowl, mix rest of ingredients except for lettuce leafs. Pour sauce on. Toss until everything is covered. Spoon onto lettuce and wrap up like a burrito.

Serving Size: Makes 4 lettuce wraps
