    1/2 C Nonfat Greek Strained Yogurt Fage Brand,
    *1 med. banana, .25 serving
    *Vanilla (Pure Vanilla from Madagascar), 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Egg white, 3 serving


mix all ingredients in a highspeed blender then cook in a large saute pan as you would pancakes.
