    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
    PS Organic Diced Tomatoes, 56 oz
    Imagine, Vegetable Broth (organic), 32 oz
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, minced 1/8 cup
    Chili powder, 4 tbsp
    Paprika, 2 tbsp
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Pan spray to prevent sticking.


Flavors marry best if prepared a day in advance, then refrigerate over night and reheat before serving.


Dice all ingredients.
Saute fresh veggies until 1/2 cooked.
Precook chicken until nearly done.
Add all ingredients to crockpot and slow cook three or more hours to marry seasons.
Season to taste.
