    peach yogurt
    baking soda


in a large bowl, add dry ingredients first, then wet. hand mix lightly until just incorporated (this is important, using a machine makes the muffins sticky and they don't cook up correctly).
scoop about 1/2 cup of batter into each muffin liner.
bake 350 degrees
