    veg oil 1 tbs
    3 chicken breasts
    mushrooms, 4 oz
    carrots, 2 sliced
    chicken broth, 32. oz cans
    ginger, 1 tsp ground
    cabbage, 1 cup shredded
    tofu, 14 oz
    green onions, 3 sliced
    red-wine vinegar, 2 tbs
    soy sauce, low sodium, 2 tbs


Heat the oil
add chicken and cook through
remove to plate
add mushrooms and carrot
cook for 3 to 5 minutes
add broth, salt and ginger
heat for 3/ to 5 minutes
add cabbage, tofu, and chicken
cook until heated through
stir in onion vinagar and soysauce. Serve.
