1 box sugar-free Jello (any flavor)
1 cup real cream cheese
4 packets Truvia (or 8 drops of liquid stevia)
4 packets Equal
— Why use stevia AND Equal or Splenda? Because mixing artificial sweeteners has a synergistic effect, causing them to taste sweeter than if you used only one kind. By using two or more different sweeteners, you can use less overall and still achieve the same level of sweetness.
— If you prefer, you can use liquid stevia in place of the Truvia.
