Ingredients

    Fish High Liner Sole Filets 1/4 pkg, 400 gram(s) (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    Black Olives, 5 jumbo (remove)
    Garlic Derlin Foods Minced 5g, 1 tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 2 cup (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded (remove)

Directions

Saute veggies in oil
add tomatoes & garlic
simmer for 20 min
place fillets in single layer in baking dish
cover with vegetable and cheese
Bake at 400F for 15 to 20 min
