    2/3 C. Splenda
    1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
    1 tsp. Grated Lemon Peel
    3/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
    4 C. Sliced Peeled Tart Apples
    1 (20 oz.) Can Pineapple Chunks in 100% Juice, Drained
    3/4 C. Quick-Cooking Oats
    1/4 C. Whole Wheat Flour
    2 Tbsp. Wheat Germ
    2 Tbsp. Flax Seed Meal
    1/4 C. Packed Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1/3 C. Cold Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
    1 (3.5 oz.) Jar Macadamia Nuts, Chopped


1. In a bowl, combine the Splenda, cornstarch, lemon peel, cinnamon & nutmeg. Add the apples & pineapple, toss to coat. Transfer to a greased, shallow, 2-qt. baking dish.
2. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, wheat germ, flax seed meal, & brown sugar blend. Cut in Smart Balance until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts; sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F for 30 min. Cover loosely with foil; bake 15 min. longer or until apples are tender & topping is golden.
