    6 Apples
    1 Cinnamon Stick
    2 Cups Water
    Vanilla Extract


Peel, core & chop 6 apples. Place in heavy stockpock along w/ cinnamon stick.
Cover the bottom with a small amount of water & bring to boil.
Simmer for as long as it takes to break down apples, adding honey, brandy, vanilla & salt.
