    1Tilapia filet cubed (or any other desired fish)
    1/2 cup shredded cabbage
    1/8 cup red onion died
    3 Tbs cilantro chopped fine
    2 Whole Grain Tortilla
    1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
    1 Tbs greek gods nonfat plain yogurt,
    1/4 lime for tacos 3/4 for marinade
    All Natural Original PAM No Stick Cooking Spray


juice 3/4 of lime into small bowl. add diced garlic and 1 tsp cilantro. marinate fish for at least 10 minutes.
spray pam on small skillet on medium heat. cook fish on both sides till brown approx 4 minutes total.meanwhile cut veggies. remove fish from pan set aside. in small bowl mix yogurt and tabasco. return skillet to medium heat and heat multi grain tortillas on both sides. on dinner plate place both tortilla and begin to build tacos in this order: tortilla, fish, onion,cilantro,yogurt sauce,cabbage. then squeeze fresh lime juice on top on cabbage. fold in half and ENJOY!! more or less tabasco can be adjusted according to your tastes.

Serving Size: makes 2 tacos
