Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz , brown
    0nion - 1 medium
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cans (4 cup)
    Swanson Beef Broth fat free, 64 oz
    Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced
    Mixed Vegetables, canned, 1.7 cup
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, frozen or 1 can
    Cabbage, fresh, I/2 head (2 cup, chopped)
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .75 cup, diced
    Salt, 2 tsp or to taste
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp or to taste
    Garlic, 1 clove (or use garlic powder)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp

Tips

It may take you longer to cut veggies, and you might want to cook more or less time. Add anything you have that looks good if it's low in calories. I usually use frozen veggies, but didn't have any today.


Directions

Brown 97% lean beef, add onion and garlic and cook with it until transparent. Add broth and tomatoes and rest of ingredients and cook on medium or low for an hour or so until done.
