    1 can of rinsed Green Beans
    3 boiled eggs, chopped
    1/2 shallot
    1/3 of Balsamic Vinegar (doubled)
    1/2 of Olive Oil (doubled)
    1 Tbl. Honey
    Salt (to taste)
    Pepper (to taste)
    Lemon Juice (squeezed from 1/2 a Lemon)
